Cleber Sene

Cleber Sene is an experienced professional with a robust background in production management and process engineering within the chemical and polymer industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Evonik since October 2015, Cleber oversees all production areas, managing a team of five supervisors and a larger workforce while focusing on production scheduling, process engineering, and cost management. Previously, at INVISTA from April 2012 to October 2015, Cleber held various key roles, including Coordinator of Polymer Production and Process and Quality Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the commissioning of new polymerization plants and productivity enhancements. Earlier experience includes positions at Oji Papéis Especiais Ltda., Tetra Pak, and research work at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, complemented by a solid academic foundation in Chemistry Engineering and Business Management from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
