Cornelia Pyko

Cornelia Pyko is currently the Global Head of Applied Innovation Ceramides & Sphingolipids at Evonik, focusing on driving innovation activities in collaboration with R&D and business teams. Previously, Cornelia held several pivotal roles, including Head of Skin Product Development at CarboCode Germany GmbH and Senior Product Manager at ZOEVA GmbH, where they managed product development and project management efforts in the cosmetic industry. Cornelia began their career as a Research Intern at Yale University and has accumulated extensive experience in formulation technology and product development. They earned a Biochemistry Diploma with distinction from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and hold a certification as a Beautician and Make-up Artist.
