Dalton Howell began their career in the industry as an Instrumentation & Electrical Trainee in 2014 before becoming an Instrumentation Technician at CF Industries. In 2016, they joined Evonik as a DCS Technician Trainee, which set the trajectory for their ongoing career in process control. Currently, they serve as the Manager of the Instrumentation & Controls/PSM group at Evonik, leading a team that supports over 20 chemical production units. Dalton oversees technical strategy and daily operations while actively advancing their skills and leadership in the field. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2025.
