Daniel K. Berndt has extensive experience in various roles related to community management, employer branding, and business development. Daniel K. worked at Evonik from 2007 onwards, starting as an Advisor in Business Development and later serving as Deputy Head and then Head of Employer Branding. In their most recent role at Evonik, they held the position of Head of Global Community Management, where they were responsible for the company's social network and global HR communication. Daniel K. successfully transformed the network and introduced new formats, increasing user numbers significantly.
