Danny Burns

Danny Burns has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Plant Superintendent and Concrete Polymer Business Manager at Evonik Stockhausen, LLC since February 2001, Danny oversees production for Superabsorber and concrete polymer. Simultaneously, Danny holds the role of Plant Superintendent and MVA Business Manager at Evonik Degussa GmbH. Prior experience includes a tenure as Plant Manager at Ruetgers Organics Corp. from 2001 to 2009, where Danny managed operations for custom fine chemical production and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements. Danny holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
