Dr. Markus Weise has extensive experience in toxicology, currently serving as a Regulatory Toxicologist at Evonik since October 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Weise worked at Chemische Fabrik Budenheim in Product Stewardship Toxicology from September 2016 to September 2020. Dr. Weise began a career in research at the Institut für Experimentelle und Klinische Pharmakologie und Toxikologie, holding the position of Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter from April 2011 to February 2015. Dr. Weise earned a Doktor (Ph.D.) from The University of Freiburg between 2011 and 2016 and obtained a Diplom in Biochemistry from Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2005 to 2011.
