Eric Neuffer

Eric Neuffer has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Eric is currently working at Evonik as the Global Head of Drug Substance Sales. In this role, their responsibilities include managing the sales team and driving improved sales metrics. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Senior Director at Evonik, where they led the North American & EMEA team of business development professionals. Eric developed and refined business systems to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.

Before joining Evonik, Eric worked at Sai Life Sciences Ltd as the Vice President Sales Business Development. Eric successfully rebuilt and led the North American business development team, exceeding revenue and profitability targets. Eric also played a key role in mentoring the team and developing business plans for key service sectors.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked at Onconova Therapeutics as a Consultant, leading project activities associated with drug substance & raw material suppliers. Eric was responsible for identifying and reviewing alternative drug product companies and Third Party Logistics (3PL) service providers.

Eric also has extensive experience at Cambrex Corporation, where they held various roles including VP - Sales & Business Development, Director - Sales & Business Development, and Manager - Sales & Business Development. Eric built and managed sales and marketing teams and achieved significant revenue and profit growth. Eric also implemented a customized sales process and CRM system to track performance and enhance communication.

Prior to Cambrex Corporation, Eric worked at Schweizerhall, Inc. as a Manager - Project Coordination and Senior Sales Representative. In these roles, they were responsible for managing project evaluation/management systems, leading cross-functional teams, and developing new accounts for sales of pharmaceutical intermediates. Overall, Eric Neuffer has a successful track record in sales, business development, and team management.

Eric Neuffer attended Wake Forest University from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Chemistry. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Gettysburg College from 1990 to 1994. Eric Neuffer also attended Moorestown H.S. from 1987 to 1990 and Suffern Jr. H.S. from 1984 to 1986, although the degrees and fields of study for these schools are unknown.
