Florian Dusch

Florian Dusch is a Plant Engineer at Evonik since May 2015, overseeing the newly established "special products" unit while previously managing various organosilanes units and briefly the wastewater treatment plant. Prior experience includes a role as an Engineering Consultant at agap2, where project expectations shifted to client procurement, and a Master Internship at BASF focusing on emulsion production in grinding mills. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree and a Master of Science in Chemical and Process Engineering from ENSIC and Technische Hochschule Mannheim, alongside practical experiences in crystallization processes and anti-scaling evaluations in internships at Hochschule Mannheim and Südzucker, respectively.
