Henry Kwan

Henry Kwan is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in process engineering and management. Currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Evonik - North America since October 2011, Kwan has also held roles as Associate Senior Process Engineer and Chemical Process Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes a stint as a Process Engineer and Quality Engineer at Micro Systems Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed supplier communications and quality management. Kwan's earlier roles featured positions at ARMINES, Mines ParisTech, and Schneider Electric SA as a Research Scientist, as well as research assistance at The Pennsylvania State University, contributing to advancements in materials and processes. Kwan holds a Post-Master's degree in Bioplastics from Mines Paris - PSL, as well as a Master's degree in Engineering Science and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and Oregon State University, respectively.
