Jinwei Chen is currently the Head of Market Segment for Industrial & Transportation Coatings Asia at Evonik. They previously served as a Technical Manager for Specialty Additives Asia at Air Products from 2008 to 2016, and held roles including RD&E Director at Ecolab between 2017 and 2020. Jinwei began their career as a Trainee Technical Manager at International Paint in the UK and worked as a Technical Manager at Akzo Nobel Protective Coatings. Jinwei earned a Master’s degree in Material Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1994.
