Karsten Portner is a German and European Patent Attorney at Evonik, a position held since 2012. Karsten holds a degree in Patent-, Marken- und Geschmacksmusteranwalt from the Bundespatentgericht and a doctorate in synthetic organic chemistry from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, where they also obtained a Diplom-Chemiker degree.
