Ken Hicks has extensive experience in the engineering and maintenance fields, currently serving in multiple capacities including Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, and Reliability Group Leader at Evonik since May 2016. Prior to this role, Ken worked as a Reliability Engineer at DuPont from April 2013 to May 2016, and at Holcim from February 2007 to April 2013. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama, completed between 1994 and 1996.
