Marius Bilke currently serves as Lab Team Leader at Evonik since January 2023, previously holding roles at INEOS from October 2020 to December 2022, including Manager of Analytics & Plant Support and Group Leader of Plant Support, where optimisation and development of chemical processes were key responsibilities. A research fellow at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung from May 2016 to September 2020 contributed to the Department of Heterogeneous Catalysis, and earlier experiences include an internship at Evonik focused on mechanical stability of catalysts, teaching assistance at Technische Universität München, and a brief internship at Infracor GmbH.
