Michael Damm is currently an Innovation Project Manager and Principal Scientist at Evonik Nutrition & Care GmbH, a position held since 2012, where they focus on creating innovative solutions and addressing galenical and technological challenges. Prior to this, they served as a Principal Scientist at Evonik from 2002 to 2012 and worked as a Technical Employee at ASTA Medica GmbH from 1991 to 2002, where they developed parenteral and inhalation formulations. Michael holds a diploma in Chemical Technology from Fachhochschule Darmstadt and has a background as a Chemielaborant from Staatliche Materialprüfungsanstalt Darmstadt.
