Natasa Nikolic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natasa started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Siemens AG in 2001. Natasa then worked as an Equity research associate at WestLB Research GmbH from 2003 to 2006, where they were responsible for updating financial models, evaluating company financials, and supporting various projects. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where they gained experience in project management.

In 2010, Nikolic joined A.T. Kearney, where they evaluated companies according to economic, environmental, and social criteria for the German Sustainability Award. Natasa also conducted climate research projects at the University of Cologne, focusing on the radiative forcing effect of dust aerosols and the sources of NOy in the troposphere.

From 2012 to 2020, Nikolic worked at Evonik, starting as the Director of Corporate Strategy and later becoming the Chief Economist/Head of Market and Economic Intelligence/Vice President. During their time at Evonik, they played key roles in market and economic intelligence and corporate strategy.

In 2020, Nikolic founded their own company, Lavon Advisors, where they serve as the Founder and Executive Director. Lavon Advisors specializes in ESG consulting for investors, companies, and governments.

Natasa Nikolic, CESGA, has an extensive education history. In 1999, they graduated with a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Finance & Investment, Controlling & Auditing, and East Asian Economy from the University of Düsseldorf, achieving First Class Honours. In 2003, they studied Economics and Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Later, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Master of Environmental Sciences (M.Sc.) with First Class Honours from the University of Cologne in 2012. In 2018, they completed a course in Strategy and Organization at IMD. In 2020, they attended DVFA e.V. for CESGA education, specializing in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analysis. Additionally, they have received certifications as a Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA) from EFFAS - The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies and DVFA e.V. In 2011, they obtained a course certificate in New Economic Powers - BRIC countries from the University of Oxford.
