Robert Wagenblast has had a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Robert started their career as a Trainee in the HR department of Degussa AG in 1996. Robert then went on to work as a Personalreferent in Degussa AG before moving to Degussa Corp. as an HR-Manager & Manager of the Expatriate Program. In 2003, they became the Head of HR at Degussa Food Ingredients GmbH. In 2006, they joined Degussa AG, Degussa GmbH as an HR Business Partner. Robert then moved to Evonik in 2008, where they held various senior leadership roles including Vice President and Head of HR, ESHQ & Communication, Business Unit Advanced Intermediates, Senior Vice President and Head of HR Strategy & Controlling, Corporate HR, Senior Vice President and Head of Compensation & Benefits, Corporate HR, and currently as the Senior Vice President and Head of Total Rewards, HR Business Management.
Robert Wagenblast obtained a Diplom-Ökonom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Hohenheim from 1990 to 1995.
