Stefan Brus is currently the Global Lead for Digital Customer Experience at Evonik, a position held since 2025. Previously, Stefan served as Senior Manager of Digital Customer Experience and Head of IT within the Specialty Additives division, where responsibilities included global IT strategy development and digital transformation initiatives. Stefan began their career at Evonik in 1995 with an apprenticeship as a Chemical Lab Worker and has since held various roles encompassing IT management, business process services, and marketing coordination. They are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
