Subodh Shinde

Subodh Shinde serves as the Head of India Sales and Global Director for Oils and Fats Catalysts at Evonik since October 2025. Prior to this role, Subodh held the position of Regional Business Head at NORIT Activated Carbon from December 2023 to October 2025, following its separation from Cabot in 2022. Subodh also served as the Deputy General Manager for International Markets at Aarti Industries Ltd. from May 2022 to November 2023, and was previously the Business Head for Purification Solutions at Cabot Corporation from April 2014 to April 2022, where a proven track record in sales and key account management was established. Earlier career experiences include roles as Market Manager at Solvay, Senior Sales Manager at Cabot Corporation, Senior Officer in Sales at Pidilite Industries Limited, and Assistant Sales Manager at Vinergy International Pvt. Limited. Subodh holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from ICFAI University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemicals from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering.
