Tom English has extensive experience in engineering and project management across multiple companies, including National Starch and Chemical, Evonik, Air Products and Chemicals, and Solvay. Tom served in various roles, ranging from Senior Engineering Associate to Head of Pilot Plant, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar capital projects, leading teams of engineers, and improving production processes. Tom's expertise encompasses project leadership, safety program reinforcement, process optimization, and technology scale-up. Tom holds advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Delaware.
