Tricia Knapp

Tricia Knapp PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Head of Employee and Labor Relations at Evonik North America, bringing twenty-five years of progressive experience in Labor Relations and Human Resources. They have previously held roles including Human Resources/Labor Relations Manager at Cameron and Regional Human Resources Manager at Evonik. Tricia has demonstrated expertise in negotiating Collective Bargaining Unit Agreements, conflict resolution, and fostering positive labor/management relationships across multiple organizations. Currently, they are pursuing a certification in Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State College.
