Yasmin Pendzialek

Yasmin Pendzialek serves as a Senior Consultant for Supply Chain Excellence and Process Management at Evonik since September 2022. Previously, Yasmin worked as a Jobcoach and Psychologischer Coach at BSG-Bildungsinstitut für Soziales und Gesundheit from July 2022 to January 2023. At LSG Group, from October 2011 to June 2022, Yasmin held various roles including Director of Process Modeling Management, where responsibilities included coaching teams, advising on process optimizations, and developing training concepts. Earlier experiences include positions at Lufthansa Systems, where Yasmin focused on cost accounting and project management, and initial roles in accounting and office communication. Yasmin holds a degree in Education with a specialization in Adult Education and Extracurricular Youth Education from Goethe University Frankfurt and completed training as a Systemic Consultant from Praxis Institut Süd.
