Iryna Kharchenko

Iryna Kharchenko is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in people management, onboarding, and employee engagement. Currently serving as an HR People Partner at EvoPlay since September 2022, Iryna focuses on various aspects of human resources including compensation and benefits, mood monitoring, and training development. Prior to this role, Iryna worked at Fozzy Group as a people partner where responsibilities included supporting employees throughout their lifecycle and enhancing engagement metrics. Experience at Корпорація "Оболонь" involved recruitment, adaptation, and employee training, while previous positions at Море пива and Fozzy Group further cemented expertise in recruitment and workforce management.
