Reshaping Retinal Diagnostics
Evoq Technologies is transforming vision care with wearable, accessible diagnostics that detect retinal and neurological diseases earlier than ever—before vision is lost.
Our Mission:
To make early detection scalable and functional. We deliver mobile, cloud-connected devices that outperform imaging by testing function at the earliest stage of disease—empowering care in clinics or at home.
Breakthrough Product Line
🔹 Twilight™ – Class I wearable for self-administered dark adaptation testing to detect nyctalopia, a key early sign of AMD.
🔹 SmartERG® – Smartphone-based full-field ERG/VEP for inherited retinal diseases, DR, and veterinary use.
🔹 Gleam™ – Full-field threshold test in development for late-stage inherited retinal disease.
🔹 DAP – A 5x5 ft. dark enclosure for standardized clinic and research testing.
🔹 SightGard™ – A HIPAA-compliant, AI-ready cloud for longitudinal retinal data.
Why We're Different
Function over form – Detects dysfunction before structural changes appear.
Wearable & smart – Portable, easy-to-use tools that fit standard workflows.
Diagnostics-as-a-Service – Subscription-based model breaks cost barriers.
Data-driven – Over 50,000 scans expected by 2026, fueling AI and clinical research.

The Need
• 50%+ of early retinal diseases missed by imaging
• 19M+ Americans with AMD; doubling by 2050
• 1 in 8 seniors experiences night vision loss
• Early detection lowers costs & improves outcomes
