Caroline Gluth is an experienced professional in the fields of agile coaching, consulting, and education. Currently serving as People Manager and Senior Consultant/Agile Coach at Evora IT Solutions since May 2020, Caroline has a robust background that includes co-founding echtzeit.solutions GmbH, focusing on embedded Linux and real-time graphics, and founding mathe-im-griff.de, a network for academic coaching. Prior experience includes a significant role at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München as an Ambassador for Good Teaching Practice and various research associate positions, where Caroline contributed to projects in speech perception, cell migration, and lab-on-a-chip technologies.
