Scott A. Shorr

Scott A. Shorr has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Scott A. is currently working as a ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager at Evora IT Solutions, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Engagement Manager at Contender Solutions from May 2021 to April 2022.

From March 2020 to May 2021, Scott worked at NextEra Energy Resources as a ServiceNow Engagement Manager/Business Process Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for designing and transitioning operations from legacy tools to ServiceNow, following ITIL best practices.

Scott A. Shorr obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Industrial Engineering and minors in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Central Florida. Scott A. attended the University from 1993 to 1996. Following this, Scott pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management at The George Washington University from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Scott obtained the ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM certification from ServiceNow in February 2020. Scott A. also holds the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, achieved in 2011. Furthermore, Scott obtained the CSM - Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2010.
