Michael Redpath

Michael Redpath has a diverse work experience in hardware engineering and design. Michael currently serves as the Lead Hardware Engineer at EVOS Energy, where they are responsible for leading hardware development projects. Prior to this, they worked at ORB Innovations as an Electronics Hardware Engineer, contributing to the design and firmware development of a cutting-edge smart mouthguard for contact sports. Michael also worked at Tended as an Embedded Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the system design of an industrial personal safety wearable. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Electronics Engineer at MOVUS, leading the redesign of an Industrial IoT sensor for condition monitoring in explosive environments. Michael also worked as an Instrumentation Technician at MOVUS. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an Electrical Designer at Adivo Pty Ltd and had a role in Member Services at QSuper Group. Michael Redpath attended Iona College from 2005 to 2012 where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Queensland in 2013 and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Michael successfully completed their degree in 2018.
