Daniel Rosebrock is a Research Associate at Evotec since January 2023, with prior experience as a PhD Student at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics from October 2018 to January 2023. During the PhD, Daniel led comparative analysis of cerebral organoids' regional and cell type heterogeneity and developed a pipeline for multiplexing scRNA-Seq datasets. Daniel also supervised a Bachelor's student on scRNA-Seq annotation. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an Associate Computational Biologist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from June 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included applying computational algorithms to cancer datasets and developing a Bayesian approach for modeling cancer evolution. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and German from the same institution.
