Edwin Valeriano

Edwin Valeriano is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development Transactions at Evotec since June 2023, Edwin Valeriano previously held various roles at Novartis from January 2005 to June 2023, including Business Development and Licensing in Finance, where expertise was demonstrated as the finance point person for research stage deals. Additional roles at Novartis included leading global business planning and analysis and serving as Director of Investor Relations. Earlier experience includes professional sales at Merck, where focus was on Vioxx and Fosamax, as well as serving as a Financial Analyst and completing an internship in internal audit. Prior experience also includes district management at Taco Bell and service as a Medic in the US Army Reserves.
