Elena Bernabe serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Analytical Sciences at Evotec's Italian site since June 2019, overseeing a team of approximately 130 members in the Analytical Development and Quality Control department. Elena's extensive experience includes previous roles as Vice President and Senior Manager, leading projects and departments focused on new drug product development, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to Evotec, Elena was a Manager at Aptuit and held roles in analytical services at Infineum and GlaxoSmithKline, contributing to the progress of new pharmaceutical products through analytical strategy development and quality assessments. Elena holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
