Ewa Pilka

Ewa Pilka is currently the Biology Project Lead at Evotec, focused on biotherapeutics, structural biology, and epigenetics. They previously served as Team Leader of Structural Biology at Evotec and held a variety of roles at the University of Oxford, including acting team leader and postdoctoral scientist. Ewa has demonstrated exceptional project management and communication skills, emphasizing the importance of team development for effective collaboration. They are pursuing a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Gdansk and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
