Federico Tosini is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Cell Therapies and Site Manager at Evotec since April 2017. In this role, Federico oversees site operations to align with ATMP's global business development and production strategy, while managing financial performance and KPIs in compliance with regulations. Prior positions at Evotec included Development Programs Unit Head and Senior Scientific Project Leader, where Federico led integrated drug development projects and managed cross-functional teams. Federico co-founded EMBA Capital Partners in December 2022, contributing expertise to the financial committee. Previous experience includes roles at Novartis as Global Principal Scientist and Product Steward, as well as research positions at Chiesi Farmaceutici. Federico holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and degrees in chemistry and packaging from the University of Parma.
