Francesca Altieri

Francesca Altieri is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Global HR (acting) and SVP, Head of Global Strategic HR Business Partnering at Evotec since January 2021. Prior to this role, Francesca worked at AstraZeneca as Global HRBP for R&D Oncology from January 2020 to January 2022 and held the position of VP of People and Organizational Development at Definiens, an AstraZeneca Company, from July 2018 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes various senior HR roles at Microsoft from March 2006 to May 2015, including Senior HR Manager for Central & Eastern Europe. Francesca began a freelance recruiting consultancy in Miami during 2001-2002 and provided HR consultancy for Microsoft GmbH in Munich, supporting operations in Eastern Europe from June 1998 to June 2000. Education includes a degree in Organizational Development from NTL, Oxford, and a Laurea in Lingua e Letteratura Russa from Università degli Studi di Milano.
