Judith Hansen

Judith Hansen is an experienced professional in people and organizational development with a robust background in creating and implementing learning strategies and development solutions across global organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Global People & Organizational Development at Evotec since September 2021, Judith’s role includes establishing a learning culture and implementing global initiatives. Previously, as Director of People & Organizational Development at Indivumed Group, responsibilities included performance management and the development of HR communication strategies. Judith also held leadership roles at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG, focusing on change management and talent development across the EMEA region. Early career experience includes consultancy in permanent placement at Manpower and a focus on youth talent development. Judith holds a Diplomkauffrau degree from Hochschule Flensburg and has pursued further education in systemic consulting and happiness studies.
