Laszlo Reisch

Laszlo Reisch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Laszlo currently holds the position of VP, Global Strategic HR Business Partner at Evotec since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens Healthineers from 2015 to 2022, where they held various roles including Global Human Resources Business Partner and Head of People & Leadership for the EMEA Region. Laszlo also supported the business growth and transformation in Asia-Pacific as the Head of People and Leadership. Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Reisch worked at Siemens from 2011 to 2015, where they held roles such as Director of Global People Diagnostics Landscape and Instruments and Head of Global Employee Development. In addition, they have experience as a Freelance Trainer & Coach, where they provided coaching and workshop design/moderation services. Reisch's earlier career includes roles at Siemens Healthcare, BenQ Mobile, Siemens Information and Communication Mobile Group, PbS Marktanalyse & Beratung, and Porsche AG.

Laszlo Reisch has a Certified Hogan Assessor qualification from Hogan Assessment Systems Inc. in 2014. Laszlo also obtained a Systemic Coaching degree from Institut für Fort- und Weiterbildung in Munich, Germany from 2002 to 2004. In addition, Laszlo Reisch has an M.A. in Psychology from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2001 to 2004. Laszlo completed their B.A. in Applied Psychology from the University of Sussex from 1997 to 2000. Laszlo Reisch also attended Munich International School from 1983 to 1995 and obtained an International Baccalaureate. Laszlo has an additional certification from Hogan Assessment Systems Inc. in Hogan Assessments Systems.
