Mark Gemkow

Mark Gemkow has extensive experience in the field of neurosciences, having worked at Evotec since April 1999, where roles have included Senior Vice President of Collaboration Management and Vice President of Alliance Management. Prior positions at Evotec involved responsibilities in areas such as in vitro pharmacology, high-content histology, and biochemical pharmacology. Before joining Evotec, Mark Gemkow conducted research as a PhD student and PostDoc at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysical Chemistry from 1991 to 1999. Mark Gemkow earned a Dr rer. nat. in Biology from The University of Göttingen between 1987 and 1998 and completed the Abitur at Ostsee-Gymnasium-Timmendorfer Strand from 1979 to 1986.
