Rafael Schaeffer

Rafael Schaeffer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Treasury at Evotec since February 2024. Previously, Rafael held the position of Director and Head of Group Treasury & Financing at Pro Gamers Group from January 2023 to January 2024 and served as Head of Group Treasury at Razor Group, where foundational treasury functions, banking strategies, and risk management strategies were implemented. Rafael's tenure at Atotech Group as Treasury Manager involved developing treasury guidelines and enhancing cash management processes following a corporate carve-out. Prior experience includes roles at EY as a Senior Consultant in Capital & Debt Advisory, focusing on financing advisory and corporate finance, as well as internships in corporate finance and treasury at Merck KGaA and a banking traineeship at Deutsche Bank.
