Ruth Dooley

Ruth Dooley is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in NMR spectroscopy and chemistry. Currently serving as Lead NMR Spectroscopist and Senior Scientist 1 at Evotec since May 2017, Ruth previously held the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Edinburgh from September 2016 to May 2017, focusing on the development and testing of stopped flow apparatus for monitoring fast kinetics. An early career experience includes an industrial placement at GSK, where Ruth contributed to chemical development and the synthesis of by-products. Ruth earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh in 2015 and another PhD in Chemistry from the University of Bristol in 2013, following a Master's degree with First Class Honours in Chemistry from The University of Manchester in 2010.
