Sandra Lubitz is a seasoned expert in stem cell biology with over 17 years of experience in research and leadership roles. Starting as a Research Scientist at Genea, Sandra advanced to significant positions at Evotec, including Group Leader, Vice President, and currently, Senior Vice President, overseeing a large team focused on the industrialization and automation of human stem cell models for precision medicine. Prior experience also includes a Senior Research Scientist role at Pfizer, leading drug discovery programs related to neurogenesis and cell therapy for age-related macular degeneration. Sandra obtained a PhD in Stem Cell Research from the Max Planck Research School MPI-CBG Dresden and holds a Diploma in Biology from the University of Oldenburg.
