Sophie Lagrange

Sophie LAGRANGE, PhD, serves as the Global Alliance Manager at EVOTEC since July 2018, focusing on worldwide strategic partnerships in R&D across multiple therapeutic areas, including infectious diseases and oncology. Prior to this role, Sophie held various positions at Sanofi from 1999 to 2018, culminating in the role of Head of Drug Discovery for Tuberculosis, where Sophie managed the development of therapeutic area strategies and established international partnerships. Sophie's expertise encompasses management of complex agreements, innovation governance, and a breadth of drug discovery in inflammation, pain, and metabolic diseases, leveraging a comprehensive background in biochemistry and cellular biology with a Master's degree from ENSIC and a PhD from Pierre and Marie Curie University. Earlier experience includes a laboratory head position at Elf Atochem focused on organic chemistry and biochemistry.
