Thierry Wurch

Thierry Wurch is an experienced professional in the field of biopharmaceuticals, currently serving as SVP Integrated Biologics Discovery and Head Antibody Discovery at Evotec since May 2022. In addition to this role, Wurch is the Chair of the NC-IUPHAR committee for Antibodies and has been an Editorial Board Member for the MABS Journal since January 2008. Prior to Evotec, Wurch held positions at Ipsen as Senior Director of Global External Innovation & Partnering and at Servier as Director of External Research & Innovation in Oncology, among others. Notably, Wurch was recognized as one of the top 50 global antibody industry influencers by the European Antibody Congress in 2013. Wurch obtained a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) between 1983 and 1992.
