Torsten Gennis

Torsten Gennis is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as Vice President and Head of Logistics for Germany and Austria at Evotec since February 2020. In addition to this role, Torsten Gennis holds the position of Export Control Officer and previously led the Logistics team in Hamburg while specializing in import and export. Prior to Evotec, Torsten Gennis worked at HOYER Handel GmbH as E-Commerce Manager and owned TG Consulting + Import + Marketing. Torsten Gennis's career began at Cosmotex Textil Im- und Export Gesellschaft mbH as a managing partner and included an initial position in purchasing at Aom Arnold Otto Meyer. Torsten Gennis completed education at Berufliche Schule Am Lämmermarkt, achieving a degree in Groß- und Außenhandel, and holds a Hochschulreife from Fachgymnasium für Wirtschaft.
