Nicholas Smith

Nicholas Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nicholas is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing at EVOTEK, starting in April 2021. Before that, they worked at American Express for over 10 years, where they held various roles including Director of Technologies Strategic Sourcing and Category Management and Lead Technologies Vendor Management. At American Express, they negotiated contractual terms, developed cost modeling and business cases, and sourced multi-national contractual agreements. Prior to American Express, they worked at PetSmart as a Finance Manager of Labor Planning and a Financial Analyst III. Overall, Nicholas has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and financial planning.

Nicholas Smith completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2002 to 2004. Nicholas then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business at the W. P. Carey School of Business in Arizona State University, graduating from 2007 to 2009. In 2017, Nicholas attended Harvard University to earn the American Express & Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence.
