George Willis has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. George began their career at Marsh in 2014, where they gained work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Sterling Insurance, handling customer inquiries and specializing in Payment Protection Insurance mis-sale department. George then joined The Kia Oval - Surrey County Cricket Club in 2017 and held multiple roles, including Ticketing and Membership Executive, Customer Service and Experience Manager, and Customer Experience Manager. In these roles, they managed customer service, implemented a customer support platform, and collected and analyzed customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience. Most recently, in 2022, George joined Evotix as a Customer Success Manager, where they acted as the main point of contact for over 100 customer accounts in the EMEA region. George provided guidance on system usage, addressed customer needs, and led cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. In 2023, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success at Evotix.

George Willis completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from King's College London from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2012, George attended The Judd School, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Geography, Physical Education, and Mathematics. In addition, they obtained a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in March 2022.
