Oleg Kharchenko

Oleg Kharchenko is an experienced professional in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Design Standards Development and TIM-Modeling at ЕВРАЗ since November 2022. Previously, Oleg held various positions at Bentley Systems from July 2006 to July 2022, including Sales Director for Project Delivery in the Oil & Gas and Metal & Mining sectors in Russia and CIS, Managing Director for Russia, and Technical Director for the region. Oleg also served as Technical Director at CAD House BIS from June 2000 to July 2006 and began a career as an Engineer-Designer at Cryogenmash from August 1990 to June 2000. Oleg holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the Technique and Physics of Low Temperatures, from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where studies were completed from 1983 to 1990.
