Павел Дианов

Павел Дианов has extensive experience in organization development, notably having served as Head of Organization Development and Design at ЕВРАЗ since 2019. Previous roles include Project Manager in the Strategy and Development Department at Sberbank and Senior Manager of Organization Development at Rosatom, where they implemented key projects to enhance cross-divisional collaboration. Their career began as a Senior Consultant at EY from 2013 to 2016.
