Ilgın Şentin

Ilgın Şentin is a Talent Lead at Evreka and an I/O Psychologist with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, particularly within IT roles. They began their career as an HR Intern at TUPRAS before progressing to various HR positions, including Human Resources Specialist at Alyo Software and IT, Inc. and Arvento Mobile Systems, and later as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Yemeksepeti and Mikrogrup. Ilgın holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Hacettepe University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
