Aaron Haynes is the Lead Head of Final Mile Delivery at Evri, where they oversee operations across the South and South West of England, managing a team of 75 managers. With a strong history in leadership roles across various industries, including technology and retail, Aaron has consistently driven operational excellence and high-performance teams. Previously, they served as an Area Manager at Aldi UK, where they led a team responsible for achieving key performance indicators, and held roles at Xerox and Fuller's Brewery early in their career. Aaron graduated with a First in Business Studies with Finance from Bournemouth University.
