Andrew Murphy

Andrew Murphy is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and operational excellence, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement and Process Lead at Evri since February 2025, overseeing three super hubs and 27 operational depots throughout the UK. Prior to this role, Andrew held various key positions, including Sector Lead for Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence at Wincanton and National Continuous Improvement Manager for UK & Ireland at Selecta, where a strong emphasis was placed on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Andrew's earlier career included significant experience at Jaguar Land Rover, DHL, and DHL Supply Chain, with roles ranging from Operations Manager to Transport First Line Manager. Education includes a Leadership & Management Level 7 degree from Aston University, expected to be completed in November 2024.
