Carl Lyon

Carl Lyon is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Evri since March 2022, Carl has held multiple leadership positions at Hermes since August 2013, including Operations Director and Director of Delivery Experience, where responsibilities include overseeing operations development and strategic growth initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at TNT Post UK and Senior Depot Manager at PostNL, focusing on network development and performance management. Carl's career began with a graduate management program at Christian Salvesen, leading to operational management roles, and an engineering apprenticeship at Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Transport and Logistics from Liverpool John Moores University.
