Ed Bloomer is a Cloud FinOps professional with over 16 years of experience in a technology-focused company, having progressed from roles such as Service Analyst to Group Change Manager. For the past decade, Ed has served as the sole Group Business Demand and Capacity Manager, implementing strategies to optimize website availability and capacity management during high-demand periods. In recent years, Ed has expanded their focus to align with Cloud FinOps frameworks, enhancing the efficiency of cloud spending across platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Currently, Ed works as a Principal FinOps Analyst at Evri, while also managing procurement tasks for the technology function.
